1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

You confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and during use of the Services. vik66 may use geolocation technology to verify your location. Players accessing the Website from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or place bets.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with vik66. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If vik66 discovers that a Player maintains or has maintained more than one Account, all such Accounts may be immediately closed, and:

• All bets placed from duplicate Accounts may be declared void;
• All winnings derived from duplicate Accounts may be forfeited;
• Any deposits made to duplicate Accounts may be returned, minus administrative charges;
• Any bonuses, promotions, or winnings obtained through duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.

2.4 Account Registration

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

2.5 Username and Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify vik66 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. vik66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

2.6 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vik66 is required by law to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, valid proof of identity (government-issued photo ID such as national identity card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

vik66 accepts deposits via bank transfer (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). Deposits are credited to your Account balance once payment is confirmed by the payment processor. vik66 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your vik66 Account. vik66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard. vik66 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

vik66 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with international standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusually large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without genuine betting activity, may result in Account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities. vik66 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including source of funds verification, for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on vik66 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply the prevailing exchange rate, and you may incur currency conversion fees.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

vik66 may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotional page or in the promotional email. By opting into a Bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that Bonus in addition to these general Terms. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning that the Bonus amount and/or associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

vik66 reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion if we reasonably believe that a Player is abusing the Bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, colluding with other Players, using automated betting software or bots, or engaging in betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine entertainment intent. Players found to be abusing Bonuses will have all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may have their Accounts permanently closed.

4.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

vik66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude Players from participating in promotions at our sole discretion.

5. Betting Rules and Game Rules

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market as published on the vik66 Website. In the event of a dispute, vik66's decision is final. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific market rules. vik66 reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or other irregularities.

5.2 Live Betting

vik66 offers live in-play betting on selected sporting events. Odds change rapidly during live betting based on the flow of the game. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Due to transmission delays, there may be a short delay between a bet being placed and acceptance. vik66 reserves the right to reject bets placed after the outcome is already known or if there is suspicion of late betting exploitation.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting our customer support team. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. vik66 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new Accounts during your self-exclusion period.

6.3 Account Closure

You may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.

6.4 Underage Gambling Prevention

If we discover that a Player is under 21, we will immediately close the Account and forfeit all funds in accordance with applicable law.

7. Limitations of Liability

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by vik66

vik66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You have opened multiple Accounts;
• You have colluded with other Players or engaged in match-fixing or other forms of cheating;
• Your Account has been used by a third party without authorization;
• It is necessary to protect the integrity of the Services or the interests of other Players.

Upon suspension or termination, any pending bets may be voided, and any remaining Account balance may be forfeited if the suspension or termination is due to fraudulent or abusive conduct.

8.2 Termination by Player

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting Account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property
